Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information CourtMixer collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need to run the service.

What we collect

• From clubs and managers: names, email addresses, club details and billing information. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
• From players, through their club: names, and optionally gender and a tennis rating, used to make fair matches. Scores, match ratings, photos and chat messages that players add during events.
• From this website: what you send us through our forms, and anonymous visit statistics from Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies.

How we use it

• To run events for your club and show them to your club’s players.
• To bill clubs for their plans and send account emails.
• To reply to messages and requests.
• To keep the service secure and improve it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Each club’s events, players, photos and chat are kept separate from every other club’s. We share information only with service providers that help us run CourtMixer, such as hosting (Vercel), data storage and payments (Stripe), and only as needed for that purpose.

Match ratings

Players rate their matches anonymously. A court’s average appears only once three of its four players have rated, so no single answer can be identified.

Security

The whole site runs over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to club data is limited to the people who need it to run the service.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep club data while the club’s account is active. A club can ask us to delete its data at any time, and we delete it within 60 days of an account closing, except where we must keep records by law.

Children

Clubs that include junior players are responsible for having a parent or guardian’s permission to add them and to share their photos.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@courtmixer.com. Players can also ask their club’s organizer.

Changes

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will update the date above and let clubs know.
